MITAGS Workboat Mate Program to Start in May 2007 Due to the outstanding success of the Pacific Maritime Institute (PMI) Workboat Mate Program, formerly called the 500/1600 Ton Mate Program, the Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies (MITAGS) will now offer the program at their Linthicum Heights campus beginning in May 2007.
