Back to top ISPS-MTSA CERTIFICATION CRISIS AT HAND It has been over a year since the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted the International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code. As of 31 December 2003, over 5,000 ships and 4,000 ports have failed to meet the required deadline.
